Eco-valley of the Plaine du Var - Operation of National Interest (Nice)
The Eco-Valley of the Plaine du Var is a life-size laboratory for sustainable development, applying the most advanced technologies in design, town planning, building and energy.

It extends over 10,000 hectares across fifteen local authorities, including Nice, both sides of the river Var.
450 hectares are allocated for new business. The estimated land for building is 3 million m² of net internal area.
This is a mixed programme of services, homes, shops, facilities, training and research, and sport and leisure complexes, traversed by the tram line.
